1946 Grumman G73 Mallard project
N611SS, S/N: J11. Aircraft owned by Texaco for nearly 40 years to transport drilling crews to the oil platforms in the Gulf. Aircraft then sold to Virgin Islands Seaplane Shuttle where it island-hopped in the Caribbean transporting passengers until 2005 when it was damaged by hurricane Wilma. Project pretty complete. Engines mid-time. Props disassembled and inspected for AD. Needs sheet metal work. Center section already off. Already disassembled for shipment. Restore yourself or have us restore for you. Very few in existence. Very valuable when completely restored!
Piper PA-18 Wide Body Super Cub
Completely rebuilt and re-certified in 2010 by H.O. Aircraft with new PMA parts spinner to tail and all the favorite Alaska mods. Only 98 hrs since rebuild. 180HP conversion, Widebody fuselage, Dakota wings (24 gal tanks), Sutton exhaust, toe brakes. Plumbed for hydraulic floats and/or skis. It must show because everyone who has seen this Cub claim it’s the nicest one they’ve seen! Owner looking for a Beaver and would be interested in a partial trade or make an offer on the Cub.
